A Woolen Affair

Please Join us on Saturday, October 21st 

from 6-9 pm for a fun evening spent making new fiber friends. A Woolen Affair is an intimate evening of knitting, crochet, spinning, song, food and drink. This evening is brought to you by Catherine of Brooklyn General Store, Paola of mYak, Andrea & Alison of Knitrino and Aimee Gille of La Bien Aimee. There will be a beautifully curated selection of yarns available for purchase to spark that continued love affair with wool, brought to you by this fabulous collaboration.

Each ticket includes entry to the event and the Heart Strings project in Knitrino, a tiny knitted heart pattern you can embroider from your heart. The Heart Strings Kit will be available for purchase at the event. Catherine is also including a special cowl design called From Farm to Fabulous, in which she combines a DK weight Farm Wool with some luxurious wool from both mYak and La Bien Aimee.  Please bring your gorgeous Farm Wools from the Fair so you can mix and match with the fabulous wools we are bringing for you!

Oh, and any good love story should be full of beautiful music, and wining & dining, maybe even… dancing! Tap your feet to the sweet melodies of the Flying Sulsers and Co., purchase some delicious eats from Misto and Oyster Party food trucks and a tasty beverage, and cast on your tiny heart with us!

There are limited tickets for this event at a small sweet farm just north of Rhinebeck. If you decide to join us for this fiber-themed tryst we’ll provide you directions to our secret hook up spot. Get yourself on the WAITLIST HERE   if we are sold out.
