Merchant and Mills Lucienne Check Jacquard Linen

This linen is produced in small batches in Eastern Europe where there is a strong heritage of spinning and weaving linen fabric.

An unusual jacquard linen in a colourful geometric design of green, brown ecru and cobalt. Designed in house these linens were inspired by the shapes and colours of mid century design. It would make great dresses and shirts but would also work well around the home as cushion covers, quilt toppers etc. We recommend using a smaller stitch length for this linen because of the weave being more open weave. 

• 100% linen.
• 152cm wide.
• 6.4oz, 217gsm.
• Pattern repeat: 6cm.
• Wash at 30 degrees with a non bio detergent. Do not tumble. Shake out and dry flat. Linen will always seize up after washing but as soon as you start to use/wear it the fibres relax again.
• If you are using this linen for curtains we recommend using a lining to prevent fading.
• Never dry linen in direct sunlight as the colour can bleach and fade.
• Made using AZO-free dyes.
• OKEO-TEX certified.
