Improvisational Patchwork with Denyse Schmidt

Availability: Out of stock

A hands-on opportunity to learn Denyse’s intuitive design techniques while building a foundation for bringing your own individual style to quilts, projects from her book, or your own creations. Whether you are an experienced quilter or a beginning crafter, you will create exciting, rut-breaking work that will change the way you think about color, patchwork, and your own creativity.

Students should bring their own equipment to class: sewing machine, 18"x24" cutting mat, 45mm rotary cutter, omni-grid or olfa clear plastic ruler (3"x18" or 6"x24") and 1/4 yard of a favorite fabric.

Class size is limited to 10 so register early! You will take home 4 to 6 quilt blocks in this workshop, and loads of inspiration! Students should have completed Sewing 101 and be comfortable working on a sewing machine. $350 tuition includes lunch and a goodie bag.
